Just okay

I have had pet insurance with you for 3 years. It seems you keep going up on your premiums and it has been taking longer to get the claims processed and my money back to me. I'm not happy . My last claim was for medicine and you refused the claim because it was marked estimate. That's rediculious. I. could understand if I had an appointment for Kobe, but I called the vet and they gave Kobe medicine to resolve the issue. Now I have to go back to vet and get an invoice you will accept and resumit the claim. How inconvenient!!!This is upsetting.

Love having nationwide to help offset vet fees for unexpected accidents-just wish it processed more quickly!

I’m grateful to have my nationwide major medical plan with my high energy puppy! She split her paw pad last month and needed multiple rounds of stitches which was unpleasant from both cost and discomfort perspective. Glad nationwide is covering outside of my deductible...I just wish they moved a little bit quicker! It took almost a month to process the first sets of claims. Overall, a happy policy holder!

So Glad I HavePet Insurance!

A regular teeth cleaning for my pup Syri turned into the extraction of six teeth and a bone graft! It was very expensive but needed to be done. To my surprise, I received most of the money back through my claim with Nationwide!
