Love emailing claims; hate faxing re-submittals to EOBs
I am so happy that claims can be submitted easily via attaching a PDF to an email! Whether it does or not, I like to think that it speeds up the process. I reached an unfortunate point where I failed to submit a diagnosis for one item on an invoice and am needing to either fax or mail in my response. I do not have access to a copy machine that is hooked up to fax because it's somewhat of a lost art.. and snail mail just adds days to my submittal. I do wish I could just email it in the same way I file my claims, but going by the instruction from my EOB, these are the only options.

We absolutely love Nationwide Pet Insurance.
We are SO HAPPY that we chose Nationwide Pet Insurance. It’s very simple to fill out the online pre-filled claim forms. NW has paid every claim, as promised, from the very start of our coverage. My dog receives the best care that we can give her and we never have to worry about not being able to afford an emergency or wellness care. I tell every pet owner, family member, vet and friend that they cannot go wrong with Nationwide.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
