The claim process is straight forward and simple. Get the vet care note, the paid invoice and fax. It was that simple. I received confirmation of receipt and reimbursement within two weeks. I really appreciate the timely support in the care of my dog.

I want the best insurance I can obtain for my pets and Nationwide is the best. I had a Gordon Setter who developed oral melanoma and the cost of treating her was astronomical and Nationwide was there with me at every turn. My little Shih Tzu recently had to have very expensive blood tests run and Nationwide was there to help considerably with that expense. I recommend to every dog owner I know that they carry pet insurance because if costly health issues arise what treatments you select may be cost based and if you have Nationwide you will be able to make the very best treatment decision for your beloved pet. Nationwide is a great company with great follow through, great customer service. I am a forever appreciative customer and have only words of praise for the peace of mind that they offer.
