Fair claims rulings, slow response time
My illness claim ended up going to my deductible which was fair and I expected it, I just wish the response time was a little faster, especially on wellness care. I have a puppy and we are at the vet often for wellness check up and vaccinations. I also suggest a puppy-specific wellness plan that provides better coverage for shots instead of stuff that is likely to go unused as part of wellness visits such as the bloodwork or an ECG. I will say nationwide worked with me really well to take full advantage of the wellness coverage I did have and the customer service has been great.
