I would recommend Nationwide to anyone. In fact, anyone who I have a discussion with about veterinarians I always mention insurance for dogs.

This Pet Insurance is the Best!!!
I was previously paying for pet insurance for my two dogs with a different company and although my premiums were similar to Nationwide, I never made a claim since my deductible and co-payments were so high. Nationwide is so reasonable and their benefits are amazing! Their customer service and follow-up is so helpful, and they reimburse claims quickly. I will never go without pet insurance again, and it will always be with Nationwide.

Very happy with insurance. The 1st few claims took longer to process but recent ones have been posted in a timely manner.
Customer service has always answered and explained processes/questions.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
