Nationwide made paying for the major medical costs for my dog/furbaby, Oliver, so easy and convenient! When Oliver had to be rushed to the vet this spring, I was worried about his health. But I wasn't worried about the costs - $650. I knew that Nationwide covered it under my dog insurance plan conveniently set up through payroll deduction. When I called Nationwide's customer service to check on the claim, they explained that they hadn't received it yet. They reassured me that, on receipt, they would process it as quickly as possible. I called my vet's office to remind them to file the paperwork. I received email notice that Nationwide had my claim and notice again when they finished processing it. Within two weeks, Nationwide direct deposited the refund to my bank.
