Convenient and easy
It was really easy to file the claim using the mobile app.
While the processing time could be improved a bit. overall experience was really good.
Accepting payments is easier too. You don't have to wait for the check in the mail, you can accept online payments.

Once I got myself on the electronic system, things worked like a charm
The insurance is expensive unless you are using the benefit often like we are. Captain Jack has pancreatitis and is on meds and regular visits to the vet. The insurance helps with the cost.

The underwriters reviewed Luigi’s case and a thorough and professional manner and really provided excellent coverage for his gastrointestinal problem as well as his prior surgery this year. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
