Couldn’t have kept dog going without this insurance

I had a lab named Jackson who sadly suffered medical issues from the day I brought him home. Considering his medical issues increased as his life continued, I can honestly say that without this pet insurance I’m sure I would not have been able to do all that was necessary to keep him alive, healthy and happy. Financially I would not have been able. Instead, Jackson had all the tests, medications and treatments necessary to keep him active and happy until we finally hit that condition that couldn’t be treated successfully. I am so thankful that I was able to have over 10 yrs with a lab I could’ve had to say goodbye to so much sooner had it not been for Nationwide. Their customer support was always caring, courteous and compassionate. I am forever thankful.

Haven't Let Me Down Yet!

I am really impressed with the way each claim has been evaluated and paid but wish they were more current and timely in their processes. It would be nice to be able to file a claim from their website instead of a third party app but overall I am grateful for this service and tell everyone I know how valuable it has been and the peace of mind that it provides my family.

Happy to Have Them

I am happy to have them! I have 4 little ones and it is nice to know that if I have a problem/accident with one of them, I do not have the added stress of HOW am I going to pay for the vet bill. I get HeartGuard and Flea/Tick MED’s. Annual visits and teeth cleaning if needed. I must admit that I do not like the fact that the price has gone up a lot since I have been with them. I also must admit that one of my kids has pancreatitis and it only covers ONE time with that diagnosis a year. That hurts when your little one is suffering and your have to find the extra funds to pay for it and pay for the insurance that only pays once a year for that dx. On a scale of 1-10, I would give 8. I do recommend to others and have looked around at other insurance companies, they may be cheaper, but not give you what I get here.
