Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I’m thankful that nationwide is there to help. Pet care can be ridiculously expensive. And there isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for my Tanner, but sometimes the costs to get him quality care can be out of reach and overwhelming. Who suffers? Not me. Tanner does. And that’s not fair because he didn’t ask for any of his medical conditions and there is nothing he can do to seek help himself. A dog’s life’s is only as good as his human allows it to be.

I am thoroughly impressed at how simple it is to submit a claim. It’s just a couple clicks and done. No more filling and faxing etc. Turn around seems much quicker. Very Satisfied!!!

I have been happy with the knowledge of the customer service representatives, the user friendly website, and ability to easily navigate through the site to check my dog's claims/information on their profiles efficiently. I am not satisfied with the amount of time it takes to process claims. I can understand that the initial ones may take a little time, however, the immediate follow-up ones shouldn't be a long wait time at all. I am also not exactly thrilled with BOTH of my dogs rates going up pretty significantly after the first year. That was not told to me at the time I was quoted when deciding to chose NATIONWIDE and the only reason why I am keeping the coverage is because I have needed it. I am honestly 50/50 with how I feel about choosing you and can't say that I would recommend the service to friends and family.

I am signed up for automatic payments....recently they are coming much quicker! I believe once it was like 2 days after I submitted bills. Thank you! My one small complaint.......sometimes understanding what you’ve paid or not paid is not clear to me. It’s hard to sort things out sometimes. I’m sorry I can’t think of exact details right now.......
