Good overall, could have done more onboarding for me
I thought it was so cool that you have an app to submit claims, but I downloaded the nationwide app and spend several days getting my access denied and had to use the website to submit my first claim. In the welcome process, it would have been easier for me if you had specified which app (vitusvet) I should be using, and I hope that's the right app. Other than that, I'm happy with the service and look forward to many healthy years with my pup in good hands.
