Coverage is very good. Have had trouble with getting correct information from Customer Service in the past.

I am very pleased with the coverage to date. My only complaint has been the several calls and trial submissions it took for me to get a correct answer on how to submit my VCA Care Club bills so that they would be accepted and reimbursed.

Love Nationwide except for one thing!

We have been very happy with Nationwide and have been with you for many years. We do have a problem. When we took our puppy, Lily to be spayed at 6 months, our vet did extensive blood work and discovered a slight liver elevation. Our doctor is wonderful and very thorough, in fact he is one of the best diagnosticians in the state of Texas. Of course he did more testing and then sent us for an extended workup. She was finally diagnosed with Micro vascular dysplasia of the liver. We are grateful we are able to control this since it was discovered early. When we submitted all the work up bills, I was informed this condition was NOT covered by Nationwide since it was determined "an existing condition". HOWEVER, they told me, had we not discovered the dysplasia until AFTER she was a year old, it would have been a covered condition. So, because I have an excellent pro-active Doctor, this is not covered for this for the rest of her life. Had our doctor NOT been as thorough, any treatments would have been covered. This makes no sense to us.

Insuring your pet with Nationwide Pet insurance is one of the best ways to say "I love you" to your pet.

I have had pet insurance coverage with Nationwide for years and have always been satisfied. I recommend them to anyone I know that has a pet.

LOOK NO FURTHER....NATIONWIDE'S THE BEST

I really love your insurance company and all they have done for us so far!... I have sent soon many people over to you I couldn't even count. I tell them I love u so much I don't even care about the reward for referral because I used 3 others and U R THE BEST!.... now I do need to ask why is it that Yani has a cherry eye when I adopted him and put him in with u all..... its considered pre-existing and his eye is not insured. EVEN THOUGH NOT ONCE WAS HIS EYE INJURY DUE TO HIS CHERRY EYE. (DOC JUST BEING CAUTIOUS) ... Yani gets excited or dogs get excited on Yani and sometimes he just gets scratched or whether dust got into his eye and he wouldn't open eye so I took him in ..it's left or right eye but that's the only problems hes ever had. ANYONE CAN GET SOMETHING IN THEIR EYES Yani should not be faulted like I said from day 1 .. that is ridiculous part I found. There are dogs that have cherry eyes so bad they have to get surgery. I agree and yes that eye would be a problem eye already excluding is accepted once seen by others...but Yani hasn't. sight BUT YANI'S IS SO TINY U CAN NOT EVEN SEE IT UNLESS u know about it and look for it. I never ever saw that at the shelter and the doc did not catchbat first and admitted to how tiny and unbothersome it is to him. No worries. Not fair that not 1 of his eye issues was a cause because of the cherry eye. I get it you won't pay for cherry eye issues or CHERRY EYE SURGERY ..... but SCRATCHING EYES just like probably all the other animals AND OTHER ITEMS WRONG WITH EYES THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW ABOUT YET BECAUSE U EXCLUDE THE WHOLE EYE NOT RIGHT. Pls look into....i really thinl there was a mistake made here. ThaNk u
