Very easy to submit a claim through the app. Very responsive. The last claims I put in were processed and I had the money in my account with 10 days.

Claims take too long to process
Claims take too long to process. When reimbursement actually arrives, it is not accompanied by a copy of the original claim submission. I don't understand why this is your practice.

Exclusions
