Consistently happy I have Nationwide pet insurance..
This is the third year I have Nationwide Pet Insurance. I find it easy to file a claim. My vet keeps claim forms there and we fill it out together and they fax it in for me. I get a confirmation email from Nationwide and then I get the money.

All good but one thing
I like the service so far, but my one complaint would be the length of time to pay a claim.....over month is just too long.

Excellent
Some of the customer service representatives need some improvement but overall I’m pleased with the company and I do tell other people about too.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
