Nationwide is amazing!

You are a true blessing. I can’t thank you enough for all you did to help us through a difficult time. My baby is only a year old when he got sick. Dealing with Nationwide has been hassle-free

I've dealt with a number of insurance companies over the years and Nationwide by far has been the easiest to work with. They've turned a stressful, worrisome time into peace of mind with their fast response to question, simple claim submission, and online ability to track where in the process everything is. I'm so thrilled I elected to enroll and Lexie thanks you for it too.. she's on the mend!

Great service and easy to use

Everything is so easy to use. It does take some time, but they mention that up front so it doenst bother me. The only reason I gave it an 8 instead of a 10 is because the rate has jumped up quite a bit since I signed up.

Love Nationwide

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance on Tenie since we got her. I am totally happy with every aspect of the insurance and the care they have for pets.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
