After claim came back tome after time no name of dog can reafld page faxed and mailed lost pages horrible experience not one person called or help except for the supervisor Maria made it all good in less than 30

There is not a whole lot I can add to the fact that I think all of your actions and communications are excellent. Although I did not like the 30% hike in premiums, I still appreciate all you do to help your customers. Just a great company and plan!
