Thank You!! Best Monthly Payments I've ever made!!

People laugh when I say I have Insurance for my dog. I am so glad I do. It's well worth it and a huge comfort. Finn has had his policy since he was 8 weeks old and will continue to have it.

This policy has been a godsend,

Never thought I would need to use the policy as Bella was very healthy and active. Pyometra, peritinitis, and an abscess hit her in the span of one week. At one point she was under care 24/7 by her vet. Three surgeries later she started on her road to recovery. Her hospital bills were nearly $6500.00 and follow-ups were over $500. Her policy paid 90% of all the costs associated with her care. Claims were paid promptly and efficiently. What a godsend having this policy. Will never have a pet without having health insurance from Nationwide. Compared to all the other companies and plans, Nationwide is the best. In fact, her health plan and coverage was better than a plan my wife and I had with my employer!!!

New, but generally pleased.

Processing of claims is very prompts, Had some environmental allergies. Very random, not chronic such as skin. Disappointed such a general issue was not included in coverage.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
