unexpected benefits and ease of claims
When we got insurance we never imagined we would need it so soon. Our dog is only 2 1/2 years old and up until not she has only been to the vet for some scrapes and infections. Out of nowhere he was injured and we were looking at over 3500 in bills. We submitted our claim using out phone and three weeks later they approved our claim just like that. No questions. Our dog is doing better and our relieved that we can use that money we saved on something else as I am on disability and we our on a fixed income.

The online claim process is efficient and easy to use. Communication is just enough. I believe the decision making on approval of claims is fair.
