The insurance really makes me feel good to know I can take my dog to the vet with out worrying about not being able to afford her care it is very much worth it. Thank you.

It was VERY slow initially to get any feedback regarding claims and why there were or were not covered. I had to go back to the vet multiple times to get historical information. This last claim, however, went very smoothly without any issues whatsoever.

This insurance has helped so much with the care of our dog. They have always paid a claim without hesitation. Our dog has had numerous “misfortunes” in her enthusiastic play times. Having the insurance helps me get the treatments she has needed.

I have been extremely pleased with the covered expenses for the care of Kenzie over the past year, the accurate information always provided by the customer representatives in a professional and caring manner, and the ease of processing claims and receiving reimbursement. As a retiree I was surprised by the big increase in premium for my second year and hope that won't happen each year in the future.

The email follow-ups that you get about the status of your claim are so helpful and keep you informed so you have an idea of how much longer you have to go until you are reimbursed. Nationwide has given me the peace of mind that I never thought I would have while owning a dog. Levi is everything to me and Nationwide has helped me keep him safe and healthy. Since getting pet insurance for Levi, I never again need to hesitate to take him for a visit if I feel concerned about something. I can go to work relaxed, knowing that he is going to be okay because Nationwide is there for us.
