This should be easy
This should be easy, you can request records at the point of a claim to review for pre-exisiting conditions but I am not going to pay to have my Vet send you records for the last 12-months just to potentially secure coverage. Incredibly disappointing. Never again.

New policy
I know the policy changed due to fraud hitting my account. I’m hoping this new policy is similar as stated including cremation in that god willing awful event that I’m not looking forward to. Jesus was completely understanding and helpful. I do like the dental benefits that are now included.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
