Better Communication
I purchased Scooby's insurance thru Nationwide because my Aunt highly recommended, unfortunately I was given incorrect advice on filing claims, took over a year to get reimbursed and had no follow up to submissions or help with how I was handling them incorrectly. I am in the service and was station at A-School in June, leaving Scooby with my Aunt whom helped straighten out the claims, but again we are very unhappy with the co-owner rules. We will both be caring for Scooby over the next year while my next duty begins, but we are not allowed to both be on the policy? Yet a married couple is? It will be a struggle if I am on the boat at Sea and Scooby has an emergency but we have tried to talk to a couple of representatives whom suggest just changing it into my Aunts name which requires more paperwork.
