Procedure Not Covered
To whom it might concern, Recently I sent in a claim in for my dog to be spayed and it was denied. In your advertisement on the website it says it will be covered of which this is false advertising . My prior two dogs had a different policy. Both are deceased and when I called to cover my new pet I was told this policy covered that was in the prior coverage. No explanation on the difference of the new one. I find this disingenuous and should not have been sold a policy I am unhappy with. Thank you.

Prompt and quality service.
Great service with good people helping you through the process. I gave 9/10 for claim rating because the electronic claim submission didn't work for me for last few claims. I had to email the claims rather then using electronic submission. During a phone call to Nation wide, I found that this system is fairly new. The claim process was prompt once the email was received by them. I would 100% recommend Nation-wide..
