I have been extremely pleased with the covered expenses for the care of Kenzie over the past year, the accurate information always provided by the customer representatives in a professional and caring manner, and the ease of processing claims and receiving reimbursement. As a retiree I was surprised by the big increase in premium for my second year and hope that won't happen each year in the future.

After I decided to adopt Levi, I knew (and was dreading) that there would come a time when he would need emergency care of some kind other than his regular checkups. In addition to feeling fully covered, I am extremely happy with Nationwide's EASY process of submitting a claim. I've been stressed out before and didn't had the time to sign in on a computer so submitting a claim through the app on my phone was the easiest thing I've ever done. The email follow-ups that you get about the status of your claim are so helpful and keep you informed so you have an idea of how much longer you have to go until you are reimbursed. Nationwide has given me the peace of mind that I never thought I would have while owning a dog. Levi is everything to me and Nationwide has helped me keep him safe and healthy. Since getting pet insurance for Levi, I never again need to hesitate to take him for a visit if I feel concerned about something. I can go to work relaxed, knowing that he is going to be okay because Nationwide is there for us.

Not only recommend them, but am taking out coverage on my nephews dogs. My only negative is having to use a computer to give reviews.

We had our 1st year check up, the online submission and reimbursement was quick and very easy. Took only a few days to receive our money directly into our bank account.
