Great decision to purchase and use this insurance
A friend with two labs suggested I purchase this insurance when I got my 8 week lab. Best decision. Have used it numerous times (from anywhere to basic exams/vaccines etc to an endoscope surgery for when she ate a sock and a FLASH DRIVE!!!).
I always submit things electronically via scanning the receipt and appreciate how easy it is to submit a claim on line. I get email confirmation of receipt of my claim. Another email from them confirms when a statement of response (and usually a reimbursement check) is on it's way back to me.

It’s good to have insurance for your fur baby!
I am wondering why you didn’t reimburse me for the Denamarin. I know that you said that it is a supplement but Willie has very high liver function tests and the vet said he has to take them to try to bring the functions down.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
