My only complaint is you cancelled my dental insurance for what I consider a non-issue something to do with her skin has nothing to do with her teeth

We appreciate getting $200 back from our $300 visit.
Alley had an infected looking lesion on her ear. The vet felt it needed a biopsy. We didn't hesitate because we knew we had the insurance. The claim Wass processed quickly and we were reimbursed for the procedure.
