Displeased
I disagree with your findings of pre existing conditions. I pay good money for insurance for both of my dogs and spend lots of money on vet each year. I am
not pleased to learn Nationwide took 30 days to them tell me there is pre existing conditions to get out of paying a claim. Nationwide is NOT on my side as your slogan states otherwise. Your customer service reps are not compassionate either. I am thinking of changing pet insurance companies.
