Best Service from an Insurance Company by far!!

Impressive speed of service .....My dog recently tore her ACL and the bi-weekly bills submitted have been reconciled with Nationwide within days! It's a joy to be able to take care of an invalid friend without financial worry. Top ratings!!

Really came through in a clutch

We were devastated to find out our beloved pet had the big "C". And then when the bills for treatment and diagnosis started piling up, we were so afraid that we would be in debt forever. We didn't know if or how much nationwide would cover. They covered us according to our policy, just as it was written thankfully and processed our claims and made payment so quickly we didn't have to incur any interest on our credit cards as a result! We are so happy with how our claims were handled, and very glad we made the decision to get insurance through Nationwide.

Great company, great service.

I would highly recommend Nationwide. It's a very user friendly process of filing claims, the customer service is always consistently helpful and claims are processed timely. Two thumbs up for Nationwide!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
