Customer Service Very Helpful and Caring
We have been with Nationwide since they took over VIP Dog Insurance (which we were with for our previous dogs). I would recommend pet insurance to anyone...regardless of the pets age. Stuff happens and it truly helps you make better decisions. The only thing I wish they could change is security code to get in. As we were back when it was VIP Pet Insurance and I don't remember my code...20+ years ago. I cannot check online as I don't know the code. I wish they could just eliminate my previous code and I could set up a new one...not happened for over 1 year. Apparently they can't and I would always have to call in if I want to know something. Somewhat frustrating, but otherwise good. Sherri
