Slightly difficult getting an online claim set up but eventually it worked.
Getting the online claim was at first difficult but I was able to get the claim started with 2 tries. After which I downloaded the veterinarian’s receipt and a copy of the receipt within 2-3 days I received a notification of my claim processing and reviewing. About 3-4 days after the processing I received another email that payment would be made and I could deposit the insurance claim amount to my bank account which was very easy. (OnceI had set up a bank account, the funds could be deposited.
