Replacement policy
The policy I had was discontinued because they no longer used that particular policy. it would have been nice if the letter had suggested contacting the company for a new policy, but I had to do that on my own. It was fairly easy once I did, but still not quite sure what I'm purchasing.

I provided all of my dog’s information…
I provided all of my dog’s information for her new policy, including the reason why she was denied and was told to proceed with the policy only to be officially denied. That was a waste of my time when I could’ve been told on the phone that she was going to be denied. I have been a customer for over 6 years so this was poor customer service.

The staff member who helped me add my new puppy to my policy was very professional, personable, and funny. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent customer service.
