Terrible customer service
one bad experience after another, it's not the company, it is the customer service personal the first one never explained the changed benefits and was quick to cancel my policy in Jan2026. yesterday i called in again to reinstate the policy after researching from work colleagues information i hadn't received form the customer service rep i spoke to on Jan, and i had the displeasure of speaking with Art - # 6229 who was rude and unhelpful. requested a call back from a supervisor but nothing yet. your people are terrible!!
