It has been 5 business days since I submitted my application but no one has contacted me yet on the status. The initial deposit was withdrawn but no updates has been provided.

I wasn't able to get the policy bc I have moved and still have to changed the billing address on my credit card at the bank. So I have to wait to insure my dog. Inconvenient.
