Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I am extremely pleased with the pet insurance program that I purchased for Abby last year. The entire process for claiming reimbursement is extremely simple and the response to each of my claims has been quick and stress-free. We are lucky to have such a program in place that helps us to take care of our pet. Whether we had the insurance or not, we would have made the decision to perform the surgery to remove the obstruction from Abby's GI tract. That said this procedure was expensive and having this insurance in place made a very stressful decision much easier. Not having to weigh the health of our pet and family member against the cost of making her healthy again meant the world to us. Only a couple weeks after her surgery she is back to her normal self. We would like to thank the nationwide team for providing such an important policy and helping us keep our dog safe and healthy. I have made numerous recommendations to friends and family to purchase this policy for their pets.

I purchased this insurance when my dog was a puppy. It has been an excellent decision. My dog is healthy but even though I have used it for a few things other than just regular checkups and vaccinations and I am so impressed by the ease of submitting a claim and also by the speed of receiving reimbursement. I have recommended this to everyone I know when they get a new pet. Just knowing if something serious ever happens to my dog, having the insurance to help with the expenses is a great peace of mind.
