Thank goodness for my insurance plan!

Cali is a very special dog to me. I got her after my son passed away. Three years later I lost my husband. Without the support from Cali, I don’t know what I would have done. I need her to be around as long as she can. By having your insurance I can keep her healthy.

Great response time on claim reimbursement

Getting this Nationwide pet insurance is one of the best decisions I ever made

I am very grateful for this coverage for my dogs. With all the advances in veterinary medicine over the last ten years, prices have risen accordingly. It's nice to have some help with the customary vaccinations, medications, and occasional illness, not to mention high ticket items like surgical procedures that can cost thousands of dollars. The insurance is well worth the money for the peace of mind you get knowing you can handle any emergency.

Thank you, best investment in my pet have every made.

Our last two dogs did not have insurance, when we got Bette I talked to my vet and he recommended at that time VIP. It is really a piece of mind to know that you have a great company that help with the cost of caring for a pet. Always tell new pet owners it is the best thing you can get when have a new puppy.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
