Show Deductible
When you send us our statement that shows what you are paying on our Vet bill, if you could show how much our deductible is and how much we have paid. Just like regular people insurance does. Thanks.

i was able to give my pet, a member of our family, the care she needed with ease of mind that i had my Nationwide Pet coverage.
One of our beloved Pets got herself into some trouble by eating some of her bed fabric and stuffing. When we awoke the next morn we noticed the bed "destruction" and Kirby was not acting herself and was grazing on grass. We immediately took Kirby into our vet. They took XRays and confirmed our fears - Kirby's stomach was full of material and stuffing. Because we have Kirby insured thru Nationwide Pet Insurance we had the peace of mind of knowing that what needed to be done to insure Kirby was going to be ok and get thru this was going to get done. Having that peace of mind in these stressful situations is priceless. No one wants to feel that they have to sacrifice the best care for a family member due to cost - and Kirby is an important and beloved member of our family. The process of filing the claim with fast and easy and we received the funds back from Nationwide within a week. Kirby and her family want to thank the team at Nationwide Pet for placing her health and needs at the forefront!

Getting Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a great decision.
We have been so pleased with our Nationwide coverage. Filing a claim is a simple process, and we get our reimbursement checks in a short time. It covers a wide variety of services. We are extremely happy with our decision to purchase a policy.
Monthly Cost
Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
Coverage
Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
