Glad I purchased Pet Insurance

When we adopted our Beagle-Mix puppy we did not hesitate to get him Nationwide Pet Insurance for both his wellness and hospitalization and so glad we did. We brought him to the vets for his regular checkup and shots only to find out he had heart worms and the treatment for heart worms is not only intense but also expensive but with the full coverage we had on Scout we paid the vets bill in full and sent in our paperwork and with in a few days were were reimbursed 90% of our cost. I have recommended this company to my co workers and my boss.

site and policy very easy to use and very efficient

of course we wish every procedure was covered but we understand we signed up for insurance to avoid catastrophic vet bills and to keep our pet healthy, not that everything would be covered. I was very happy with how easy it was to file claims, very happy with the speed at which the claims were handled and very happy with the explanation of what was not covered. Nationwide really seems tot ake an interest in the health of our pet and as new pet owners, we're glad for the help. Sincerely; Jude and Lynne Jordan Autumn's 'parents'

So glad we have nationwide pet insurance wellness plan

We decided to go with Nationwide because they offer a wellness plan in addition to major medical. We have both for our two Golden Retrievers and hope we don't have to use the major medical, but have used the wellness for both dogs vaccines, preventative medications and office visits and the claim process was EASY. You can email, or fax the claims, forms available online. Customer service sends you email updates to keep you informed and I received my reimbursements via check within a short time. I just submitted two more claims for my one year old and new puppy and I got a notification the claims "are in process". I appreciate the prompt updates the the claims status as well as communication from claims processors if they have any questions they contact you via phone and email or whatever method you prefer. I highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance for wellness as well as major medical for peace of mind.
