I appreciate the speed with which you process claims.
Although the cost per month has gone up dramatically each year, when we have major health issues you really come through! We have another test our dog needs but have delayed it due to the Corona Virus.

Claim Submission Process Easy & Fast
The claims submission process was very easy, and the claims were reviewed and processed very quickly (<1 week). I also appreciate the plan option to include Wellness exams, as I am a huge proponent for preventative care (which may reduce cost for my pet later on in life, and reduce utilization and costs in the overall industry if done in aggregate).

Filing a claim is easy, customer service is amazing, and I would recommend this company.
I called to ask a question about a claim and my call was answered right away, even though I was told there would be a wait. The rep was very friendly, and asked how Wrangler was doing.
