Simple To Do!
Making a claim was so easy with Nationwide. I got a response back immediately that my claim had been received and I received my check within a week.

The on-line claims process did not work for several months and it was frustrating.
The on-line claims process did not work for several months. When I would call I was told to use a different browser. Not necessarily what a client wants to hear. I did not have success with a different browser. Then miraculously, I tried it again awhile later and it worked beautifully. Whatever upgrades were made to the site were worth it for your client.

Nationwide is the BEST Pet Insurance EVER!
Through all of the recent tragedy, Nationwide is still there to provide the best possible pet healthcare insurance available. All of Chloe's claims were immediately processed and the payment was timely. Despite the recent activities with COVID, they are still reaching out to check on her to see how she made out after her recent surgery. It's this kind of service that I will remain loyal to. Thanks Nationwide! -Nationwide is on your side! :O)

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
