Nationwide truly cares about each and everyone of their clients and it shows!!!!
Nationwide Pet Insurance is very caring, compassionate and understanding of their clients needs and takes a genuine interest in the care that they receive. They check in on your pet to see if they received all the proper care and treatment that they needed. Their words and actions line up and in this day and time we live in not all companies are like this. It is wonderful having Nationwide caring for our little guy!

Easy to File Claims
Filing claims through the apps is super easy. You fill out a few lines of required information, attach the receipt, and submit. Most of my claims relate to dental services and I’m usually reimbursed within 2 weeks. Only one time has it taken longer and that was for a new heart condition that required I submit additional information.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
