Kasandra was verbally eloquent. She was patient. She knew the answers for my questions. She was thorough in presenting the information. I had read the coverage and costs on line before talking with her and she quoted items just as I had already read about them. She needs to be commended for excellent service plus, she was charming regarding my little shares about the cuteness of my new kitten.

My experience with Nationwide was great…
My experience with Nationwide was great because of the help, time, and patience I received from Kia. He guided us through the entire process for pet insurance for my pets. Even though during our conversation I asked yo call back while take care of an emergency; he returned my call promptly in ten minutes as we discussed. The rest of the process went smoothly. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
