I have never had a problem with Nation Wide Pet Insurance when it comes to Samson's health. Filing a claim is easy. I submit with my smart phone. The EOB (explanation of benefits ) is easy to understand. Whenever Samson is sick, I don't have to allow him to suffer, because I know his insurance will cover him. Also I can call the 188 number to see if I need to take him to the doctor, or try a home remedy. My Pets (Samson and King Bailey) are my babies and their health is important. I love that Nationwide has improved on how fast they process claims. You may find insurance cheaper, but that does not mean better. Nation Wide is the best.

With my first claim I wasn't too happy about it because they denied it and I had to file a claim review but it got cleared up and after that my next couple of claims were paid promptly and completely I feel more comfortable knowing my pet is covered I feel confident that Nationwide bowhead on my claims even quicker than expected.

I have been with Nationwide for almost two years now and the service has been excellent. Customer service reps are quick to respond and submitting a claim is simple. Once you submit a claim you instantly get a notification that your claim was received. What I have been most impressed about is how fast the turn around time is for a claim to be processed. I also appreciate the "checking-in" emails. When my dog went through a major surgery, getting the "checking-in" email that said we hope your pet is feeling better and that we are rooting for them meant a lot. I highly recommend other pet owners to get Nationwide pet insurance.

Very easy to submit claims and very fast payment. I linked my bank account to the insurance and that makes it even easier and faster. Can't complain.. all the rules are followed and I never had problems with it. Our dog had a series of things happen to him in a short period of time and we got all of our claims received and accepted without any problems. Our dog had chocolate poisoning followed by an injury at a dog park followed by a rupture of his salivary gland that needed surgery. All of these were covered by our insurance and we found no problems.
