I am so glad I have Nationwide's Pet Insurance, it has been really helpful.
The price is fair. When I make a claim, I just take a picture of the appropriate documents and send them in. It couldn't be any easier than that. Their customer service is great and I have had no issues with them at all. I recommend it to all my friends and family that have pets.

Feedback on Nationwide Pet Insurance
I found out that my premium for Biscuit went up over 70% this year and I am paying over $225 a month for his care. This is an incredible mark up in price and it puts as you of course know in a bad spot. So, do I cancel and just pay out of pocket thousands of dollars as he is a senior or do I pay the premium every month even though nothing is wrong with him now. I can't switch to another insurer because he has pre-existing conditions. So you got me! Such a sad story. I can tell you this much, if he so much as coughs, I am taking him to the vet to maximize my premium. And it is a good thing that I go to one of the best and most expensive Vet practices in the city. So, I will make the most of this plan. But I will never join Nationwide pet insurance in the future. You should not increase premiums based on location and on age.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
