FANTASTIC
Nationwide is the best thing that has ever happened to me and my pets. They are so helpful and so quick with responses and answers. My dog hasn't had the easiest life but Nationwide has done nothing but make it easier to get my baby the help he needs. I am very blessed to have found an amazing company that truly loves our pets!

I think this pet insurance is wonderful. I like the idea of different options of coverage. The only concern I have is your last rate increase in my view was really quite over the top! I feel you should consider not having those type of increases as it is almost gouging. We all have budgets and this really made payments difficult.

Nationwide is great insurance for our fur babies
Nationwide customer service has been awesome for our 2 current babies as well as a dog we had to put down last year. They are very quick processing our claims and sending payment, both of which things are much appreciated!

Easy to file a claim online with just taking a picture of the invoice from the vet.
It was super easy being able to file a claim, all I had to do was follow the very easy online instructions, take a clear photograph with my cell phone of the invoice and it was taken care of.

Exclusions
