Nationwide made it so easy

My dog was not feeling well after I returned to work and it was time for her annual checkup. I made the appointment and filed the claim. The claim form was short and easy to follow. I had my check in about a week. That was so fast and easy! Thanks!

Nationwide customer service is great.

I am very happy with Nationwide. Any questions I may have, they are always good at answering all my questions and very thorough with explaining it. Processing of claims are always in a excellent manner.

Nationwide Per Insurance is the best pet insurance!

I was a little put off at first because I had to file my claim myself instead of the vet filing for me, but this process is so easy and fast. I had trupanion for another animal so I can compare the two. Nationwide is by far the better. Once I have submitted a claim, they quickly make a determination and pay very quickly. When I have had questions they have answered them quickly and thoroughly. Trust Nationwide with your pets health. They are awesome!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
