Highly recommend - easy to use & great experience!

We've had to submit almost 10 claims in the past 2 months due to a few emergencies with our 6 month old puppy. Submitting claims has been so easy and Nationwide is quick to send through reimbursements for our appointments. We've had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Best thing ever!

I I love having this insurance. It provides me with a complete peace of mind. I use to worry when my pets got sick and the costs associated but now I know that I’m in good hands with Nationwide and most of my costs are covered. They do a great job of processing claims very quickly and customer service is top notch.

So Far So Good!

I reviewed many insurance plans before choosing Nationwide. Nationwide seemed to be easy and provides alot of coverage both sick and well coverage that I was looking for.

Premium increase

I am very happy with the ease and speed of reimbursement. Iam very UNHAPPY about the increase of $14 per month after just one year and think it is excessive. If there will be an increase again next year,I will unfortunately be forced to cancel Fezzy's insurance with Nationwide.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
