I was extremely pleased with how nice everyone is! The turn around time on Busters claim was under a week!! Woohoo

I’m very pleased with Nationwide! I didn’t have insurance with my first dog and the medical bills the last 3 years was unbelievable. I worked a part time job just to keep up. My sister in law told me about how wonderful you are so when I got Buster I signed up the day he came home. I couldn’t be more happier! The turn around time was less then a week on his first check up. I’m so very great full and have a piece of mind knowing I don’t have to work 2 jobs and we have more time to play.

So glad I got this excellent pet insurance!

My pet insurance has turned out to be an excellent investment! My dog's checkups as well as his routine monthly medication have been covered very nicely and of course a little accident he had and the resulting problems. Recommended insurance for all!

Nationwide Pet is very quick to respond to claims and cares about your pets. My claim was taken care of in a couple of days- fantastic service. I appreciate the associates at Nationwide Pet who are working so hard. There was not a delay in service even amidst these trying times with Covid-19.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
