Good experience

Once I submit all the required papers I have never waited more than two or three weeks. Last time I waited one week only to get my reimbursement.

super simple and quick

Once I got the system down and was able to get the documents from the vet emailed as PDF's to me, the filing was super simple. The pay off came in short order--just a few days, deposited to my bank account. Extremely simple.
