Payment was handled quickly and customer service is wonderful

I submitted my Pearl's claim and it was reviewed and paid quickly. When I've had to speak to customer service everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I mostly dealt with Arnel who helped straighten out an issue that I was dealing with for a couple of months.
