Application required multiple repeat entries to complete…
It took several attempts to complete the application, each time I moved to prior page, I had to complete the page I’d already completed again and again and again. I have no experience yet with the company, my policy or coverage or customer service.

Great experience!
Submitting a claim was quick and easy using the mobile app! I was able to upload copies of all my pets paperwork and track the progress of the claim from start to finish.
