It’s very easy to go online and submit your claims and if you need extra help you can just call.

I consistently have to follow up after every single claim that I place because their AI based automatic review takes 3 days and then incorrectly flags things about 9 out of 10 times. This adds between 15 minutes to an hour to every claim that I have to submit so far. Additionally, there is no way on the website to submit a a request for additional review or dispute, you have to call in doing business hours. And if your work schedule is flexible, this works out okay I guess, but it's not ideal.

They are always very helpful and my policy is clear cut, so is filing out claims !
