MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Metlife Petinsurance is awesome! Easy to use and always covers needed items for my cats. They are quick to reimburse as well. I feel their monthly fees are very reasonable.

Selecting options was easy, however, it was unclear what was covered without the optional preventative care. For instance, is spaying covered under the plan, or is the optional preventative insurance required for that to be covered. And at what level is it covered.

Easy to understand and enroll. Looking forward to seeing what it offers for my Fur-Baby!

Fast claim processing and love the Zelle payment option

I have nothing bad to say about Metlife. Sure it can take sometimes 2 or 3 weeks to get reimbursed, but I haven't had any problems getting reimbursed. They have been a life saver to me! I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing I am covered if my fur babies have an emergency or illness. I also really am so grateful they help pay for prescription pet food. I've had a cat with rodent ulcers and allergies that have been a nightmare to figure out what's causing them. Metlife is such a blessing to me!
